
TECH - OR/SURGICAL CERTIFIED (FULL-TIME VARIED) SURGERY

- Perform pre-operative setup and preparation of surgical equipment and supplies.
- Assist surgical team in patient positioning and draping.
- Ensure sterility of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Anticipate and fulfill surgeon's needs during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration.
- Assist with post-operative clean up and maintenance of surgical equipment.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Keep current with industry developments and advancements in surgical techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Certified Surgical Technologist: The Individual Must Possess A Certification As A Surgical Technologist, Obtained Through An Accredited Program Or Organization.
Operating Room Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting Is Required For This Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures, Equipment, And Sterile Techniques.
Knowledge Of Surgical Equipment: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Surgical Equipment Used In Various Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Laparoscopic, Endoscopic, And Robotic Equipment.
Attention To Detail: In The Operating Room, Precision And Attention To Detail Are Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Anticipate The Needs Of The Surgical Team.
Teamwork And Communication Skills: The Individual Must Possess Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills. They Will Be Working Closely With Surgeons, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals, And Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With The Team To Ensure A Successful Surgery.
