1. Provide support and assistance to patients in the Mental Health/Behavioral Health Weekends department.
2. Help patients on their journey to wellness by implementing treatment plans and providing emotional support.
3. Work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
4. Utilize a strong background in mental health or behavioral health to identify and address patient needs.
5. Maintain a compassionate and empathetic demeanor while interacting with patients.
6. Support patients in crisis situations and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
7. Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment.
8. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
9. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.
12. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
13. Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health and behavioral health conditions.
14. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided to patients through self-reflection and professional development.
15. Adhere to all Universal Health Services policies and procedures.
