- Provide exceptional care and support to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs.
- Utilize technical expertise to assess and treat patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer and monitor medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Foundation In Psychology Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Tech - Mh/Bh Pt Job At Universal Health Services. This Demonstrates A Basic Understanding Of Mental Health And Behavioral Principles, Which Is Crucial For Providing Effective Care To Patients.
