1. Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting patients and their families upon arrival at the clinic.
2. Assist clinical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring patient behavior.
3. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
4. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff by following all infection control and safety protocols.
5. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
6. Monitor and document patient progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the clinical team.
7. Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual support to patients as needed.
8. Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on mental health and behavioral health best practices.
10. Contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic by communicating effectively with coworkers and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
11. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations.
12. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values by providing compassionate and high-quality care to all patients.
13. Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing information and referrals to community resources as needed.
14. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
15. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and seek out opportunities to enhance the services provided by the clinic.
