- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting patients and their families upon arrival at the clinic.
- Assist clinical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring patient behavior.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff by following all infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the clinical team.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual support to patients as needed.
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on mental health and behavioral health best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic by communicating effectively with coworkers and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values by providing compassionate and high-quality care to all patients.
- Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing information and referrals to community resources as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and seek out opportunities to enhance the services provided by the clinic.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Or Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In A Satellite Clinic Or Outpatient Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders, Treatment Modalities, And Evidence-Based Practices.
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Ability To Provide Culturally Competent Care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Current Certification As A Mental Health Technician Or Behavioral Health Technician, Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 6 Months Of Hire.
