- Provide technical support for mental health and behavioral health services at Universal Health Services.
- Utilize your expertise in technology to enhance the delivery of care to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and address technical needs in the provision of mental health and behavioral health services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and make recommendations for their implementation in mental health and behavioral health services.
- Conduct training for staff on new technology and software to improve their proficiency and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support provided and communicate updates and changes to relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to technology and patient information.
- Work closely with the IT department to maintain and update systems and software used in mental health and behavioral health services.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues and staff regarding technical questions and issues.
- Actively participate in meetings and committees related to technology and mental health/behavioral health services.

Degree In Mental Health Or Behavioral Health: Candidates For This Role Should Possess A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Counseling, Or Social Work.
Clinical Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Or Behavioral Health Setting Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Mental Health Issues And Be Able To Apply Clinical Skills In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices: Universal Health Services Values The Use Of Evidence-Based Practices In The Treatment Of Mental Health And Behavioral Health Conditions. Candidates Should Demonstrate Knowledge Of These Practices And Their Application In A Clinical Setting.
