1. Provide technical support for mental health and behavioral health services at Universal Health Services.
2. Utilize your expertise in technology to enhance the delivery of care to patients.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and address technical needs in the provision of mental health and behavioral health services.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and make recommendations for their implementation in mental health and behavioral health services.
6. Conduct training for staff on new technology and software to improve their proficiency and efficiency.
7. Maintain accurate records of technical support provided and communicate updates and changes to relevant parties.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to technology and patient information.
9. Work closely with the IT department to maintain and update systems and software used in mental health and behavioral health services.
10. Serve as a resource for colleagues and staff regarding technical questions and issues.
11. Actively participate in meetings and committees related to technology and mental health/behavioral health services.
