  1. Provide technical support to patients and staff in the Mental Health and Behavioral Health units.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues in a timely manner.
  3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records systems.
  4. Educate patients and staff on technology usage and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement technology solutions to improve patient care and efficiency.
  6. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance the hospital's technology infrastructure.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all technology-related activities and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure their technological needs are met.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to technology usage and security.
  10. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to technology.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve technology processes and systems.
  14. Collaborate with outside vendors and IT support as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission and values.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  17. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and equipment.
  18. Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on hospital policies, procedures, and technology advancements.

  • Strong Technical Skills: As A Technology Professional, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Systems, Software, And Hardware. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Techniques.
