- Provide technical support to patients and staff in the Mental Health and Behavioral Health units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records systems.
- Educate patients and staff on technology usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement technology solutions to improve patient care and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance the hospital's technology infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of all technology-related activities and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure their technological needs are met.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to technology usage and security.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to technology.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve technology processes and systems.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and IT support as needed.

Strong Technical Skills: As A Technology Professional, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Systems, Software, And Hardware. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Techniques.
Experience In Mental Health/Behavioral Health Setting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Mental Health Or Behavioral Health Setting. This Experience Will Give Them An Understanding Of The Unique Technology Needs And Challenges In This Field.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr): With The Healthcare Industry Increasingly Moving Towards Electronic Medical Records, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Emr Systems. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Use These Systems Efficiently.
Attention To Detail: In A Healthcare Setting, Accuracy And Attention To Detail Are Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Pay Close Attention To Detail And Ensure That All Technology-Related Processes And Procedures Are Followed Accurately.
