  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans based on EKG findings.
  3. Stay up-to-date on advancements in technology and techniques in the field of cardiology.
  4. Ensure accuracy and quality of EKG readings and results.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining EKG results and answering any questions they may have.
  6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new technology and software related to cardiology.
  7. Monitor and maintain equipment used for EKG readings to ensure optimal functioning.
  8. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of cardiology.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of EKG readings and patient information.
  12. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Certified Cardiographic Technician (Cct) Or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Rcis) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Catheterization Lab Or Cardiovascular Unit.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Performing And Interpreting Ekgs, Stress Tests, And Other Cardiac Diagnostic Procedures.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
