1. Assist in maintaining and supporting messaging systems to ensure smooth and efficient communication within the organization.
2. Learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Collaborate with experienced System Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new technology and systems.
5. Contribute to the overall improvement and optimization of messaging systems.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
