Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop treatment plans for patients.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients of all ages.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  6. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
  7. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and coordinate services.
  9. Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and incorporate new research and techniques into practice.
  10. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe and inclusive environment for patients and colleagues.
  11. Contribute to the growth and development of the organization through participation in program development, outreach, and community education efforts.
  12. Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University.

  • Current State License To Practice As A Psychologist.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health Treatment.

  • Specialization In A Specific Area Of Behavioral Health, Such As Trauma, Addiction, Or Eating Disorders.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities And Ability To Develop Treatment Plans For Complex Cases.
