Master's Degree In Social Work: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Social Work Is Required For This Position, As It Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Social Work Principles And Techniques.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Be Licensed Or Eligible For Licensure As A Social Worker In The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Are Familiar With State-Specific Laws And Regulations Related To Social Work.
Experience In Behavioral Health: Previous Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting Is Preferred For This Position. This Demonstrates A Familiarity With The Unique Challenges And Needs Of Individuals With Mental Health Conditions.
Part-Time Availability: This Position Is Specifically For A Part-Time Social Worker, So Candidates Must Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule That May Include Evenings And Weekends.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Social Workers Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
