1. Monitor and patrol the premises of Universal Health Services to ensure the safety and security of staff, patients, and visitors.
2. Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and take necessary action to de-escalate the situation.
3. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats and provide a sense of safety for all individuals on the premises.
4. Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of the facility.
5. Conduct regular security checks of all areas, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.
6. Monitor security cameras and alarms, and investigate any suspicious activity or breaches.
7. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed to ensure a prompt and efficient response to any security issues.
8. Provide assistance and support to staff and patients in the event of a security incident or emergency.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities, including incident reports and daily activity logs.
10. Continuously evaluate and update security protocols and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and security for all individuals on the premises.
11. Attend training sessions and maintain current knowledge of security best practices and procedures.
12. Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to security and law enforcement.
13. Communicate effectively with other members of the security team and other staff members to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to security.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing Universal Health Services in a positive light.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or management team.
