  1. Monitor and patrol the premises of Universal Health Services to ensure the safety and security of all individuals present.
  2. Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergency situations.
  3. Conduct regular security checks of the facility to identify and report any potential hazards or breaches.
  4. Enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a safe environment.
  5. Monitor and control access to restricted areas within the facility.
  6. Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious or concerning activity.
  7. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide assistance and address any security concerns.
  8. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services in the event of an emergency.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and activities.
  10. Attend regular trainings and stay up-to-date on security best practices and procedures.
  11. Act as a first responder in the event of a medical emergency until medical professionals arrive.
  12. Conduct investigations as needed and report findings to appropriate parties.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with individuals on the premises.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws, to ensure the safety and well-being of all.
  15. Continuously assess and improve security measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals at Universal Health Services.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Security Guard License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Security Guard License Issued By The State Regulatory Authority.

  • Prior Experience In Security: Previous Experience In A Security Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting, Is Preferred.

  • Strong Observational Skills: The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Observational Skills To Identify And Report Any Potential Security Threats Or Breaches.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Security Guard To Convey Information And Instructions Clearly To Both Colleagues And Visitors.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: Security Guards May Have To Patrol Large Areas, Stand For Extended Periods, And Respond To Emergencies, So Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Essential Qualifications For This Job.
