  1. Create and maintain accurate and efficient schedules for all healthcare staff, including nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals.
  2. Coordinate with department managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met and to address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  3. Monitor and update staff availability and time-off requests, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
  4. Communicate with staff regarding schedule changes and updates in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  6. Maintain accurate records of scheduled shifts, time off, and other relevant information related to staff scheduling.
  7. Identify and address any potential scheduling issues or concerns that may affect patient care or staff morale.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to all staff and patients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Utilize scheduling software and other tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  10. Stay informed of all relevant policies and procedures related to scheduling and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lvn License: A Qualified Scheduler Lvn Should Possess A Current And Active License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse In The State Where The Facility Is Located.

  • Experience In Scheduling And Coordination: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Scheduling Appointments, Managing Calendars, And Coordinating Schedules For Multiple Healthcare Providers.
