  1. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients to determine their healthcare needs.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
  8. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and advancements in healthcare technology.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
  13. Foster a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
  14. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for patients and their cultural backgrounds.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare setting.
  17. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
  18. Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.
