1. Provide exceptional care to patients before and after surgery.
2. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during their stay at the surgery center.
3. Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
4. Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their recovery after surgery.
5. Administer medications and assist with pain management as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
7. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience for patients.
8. Document all patient care and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
11. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that patients' needs and concerns are addressed.
12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
13. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and provide excellent patient care.
