- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary interventions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist with patient triage and prioritization based on acuity and urgency.
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs in the Emergency Department.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Room Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certification.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment And Make Quick, Critical Decisions.
