1. Provide compassionate and professional guidance to individuals living in our residential facility.
2. Create a safe and supportive environment for residents.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
4. Monitor and document resident progress and behavior.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
6. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
7. Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary.
8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with residents.
9. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
10. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the facility.
11. Provide support and guidance to families and loved ones of residents.

13. Report any concerns or incidents to appropriate supervisors.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards residents, coworkers, and supervisors.
