- Provide exceptional care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of Universal Health Services.

Active Rn License In The State Of Employment: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Rn Pcu Job At Universal Health Services Is An Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Where The Hospital Is Located. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Qualified And Legally Allowed To Practice Nursing Within The State's Regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Progressive Care Unit: Universal Health Services Requires Candidates For Rn Pcu Positions To Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Progressive Care Unit. This Experience Demonstrates The Nurse's Ability To Handle Complex Patient Cases And Provide Advanced Care For Patients With Critical Conditions.
