  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients on a PRN (as needed) basis.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  5. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  6. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  7. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  8. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  10. Continuously educate and inform patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to providing quality healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
  12. Collaborate with other PRN RNs and full-time staff to ensure continuity of care.
  13. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills.
  14. Serve as a positive role model for other healthcare professionals.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Hold An Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Education: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing Is Required, Though Many Facilities Prefer Candidates With A Bachelor's Degree.

  • Relevant Experience: Prior Experience Working As An Rn, Particularly In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting, Is Typically Required For A Prn Position.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: Prn Nurses Must Be Able To Adapt To Different Patient Populations And Clinical Settings, So Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Are Essential.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As A Prn Nurse, Flexibility And Availability Are Key. Candidates Should Be Willing To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed By The Facility.
