  1. Provide high-quality and personalized care to patients during their most vulnerable moments.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, disease management, and treatment plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  8. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
  10. Advocate for patients' rights and ensure they receive compassionate and ethical care.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Continuously assess and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  13. Remain knowledgeable about current healthcare practices and technology.
  14. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  16. Act as a mentor and resource for new or less experienced staff members.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  18. Comply with all hospital and industry safety standards and protocols.
  19. Represent the hospital and UHS in a professional and positive manner.
  20. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Previous Experience In A Hospital Setting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Rn In A Hospital, Preferably In A Night Shift Role.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Handle A Variety Of Patient Cases, Including Emergencies, During The Night Shift.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Night Shift Rn Will Be Responsible For Managing Patient Care Independently, So The Candidate Must Possess The Ability To Make Critical Decisions And Work Autonomously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals During The Night Shift.
