  1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  3. Monitor and assess patient's condition, taking appropriate action and reporting any changes to the physician.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
  6. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  7. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  8. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are addressed.
  9. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during patient care.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and advancements in nursing.
  12. Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal principles in all aspects of patient care.
  14. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients, their families, and colleagues.
  15. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the nursing department and throughout the hospital.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
