  1. Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Monitor and assess patients' condition, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the physician.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on advancements in cardiac care.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, demonstrating compassion and empathy.
  10. Provide support and guidance to less experienced nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
  12. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and their voices are heard.
  13. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide quality care.
  14. Follow hospital policies and procedures, including emergency protocols, to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care provided by Universal Health Services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Medical Setting.
