Registered Nurse- PRN (AVAILABLE FOR ALL 3 SHIFTS)

1. Provide exceptional care and support to patients in accordance with Universal Health Services' standards and policies.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and progress notes.
3. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the attending physician.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
8. Remain up-to-date on current nursing practices and advancements in healthcare technology.
9. Work collaboratively with other PRN nurses and full-time staff to provide continuity of care for patients.
10. Be available for all three shifts, and be willing to work in various units as needed to meet the needs of the facility.
11. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in documentation, medication administration, and patient care.
12. Act as a role model and mentor to other staff members, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.
13. Display a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
15. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and laws governing nursing practice.

17. Flexibility to work on short notice and adjust to changing patient care needs.
