  1. Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  2. Utilize excellent critical thinking skills to assess and monitor patients' conditions.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
  7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and medications.
  8. Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations.
  9. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and comprehensive care.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  11. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and promote patient satisfaction.
  12. Stay up-to-date with advancements in critical care nursing and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.
  15. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).

  • A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where The Hospital Is Located.

  • A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
