1. Provide exceptional patient care to those in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
2. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and administer appropriate treatments.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
5. Respond quickly and effectively to any changes in patients' conditions.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with necessary information and support.
7. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and treatment plans.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain knowledge and skills in the ICU/CVICU field.
10. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
11. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
12. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
13. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
14. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
