  1. Provide compassionate and expert care to patients in the Emergency Room setting.
  2. Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess and treat patients in critical or urgent situations.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  7. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations.
  8. Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  9. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
  10. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and guidelines.
  12. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  14. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  15. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise in emergency care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Room Setting

  • Ability To Work Night Shifts And Weekends On A Rotating Basis
