  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy department.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
  5. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

  8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  9. Assist with procedures and provide support to physicians during endoscopic procedures.
  10. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies in the Endoscopy department.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
  13. Stay updated on current nursing practices and attend training and educational opportunities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
  15. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
