Current Rn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Registered Nurse Case Manager At Universal Health Services Is An Active Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Educational And Clinical Requirements To Practice Nursing And Is Legally Authorized To Perform The Duties Of A Case Manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn): While A Bsn May Not Be A Requirement For All Rn Positions At Universal Health Services, It Is Often Preferred For A Case Manager Role. A Bsn Provides A More Comprehensive Education In Nursing, Including Leadership And Management Skills, Which Are Essential For A Case Manager.
