1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients with behavioral health issues in a therapeutic environment.
2. Utilize expertise in mental health nursing to assess, plan, and provide appropriate treatment for patients.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
4. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

11. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in behavioral health nursing.
