  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals with behavioral health needs.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  3. Administer medications and monitor patient response.
  4. Observe and assess patients' mental and emotional status.
  5. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field: Most Employers Require Rns In Behavioral Health To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Provides A Strong Foundation In Clinical Knowledge And Nursing Skills.

  • Current Rn License: A Valid And Current Rn License Is Required To Practice Nursing In Any Setting. This Ensures That The Rn Has Met The State's Requirements For Education And Competency In The Field Of Nursing.
