
Regional Director - Human Resources

- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures for the designated region in alignment with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions within the region, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate HR and the facilities within the region, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with facility leaders to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and lead training and development programs for employees within the region, including new hire orientation, performance management, and leadership development.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics for the region, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies within the region.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across the organization.
- Represent the company at external events and conferences related to HR and healthcare.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Regional Or Multi-Location Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Organizational Goals.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Across Multiple Locations.
