  1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  5. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  6. Monitor and maintain the waiting area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  7. Handle and resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Maintain knowledge of UHS services and programs to provide accurate information to patients and visitors.
  10. Update and maintain accurate patient information in the electronic medical records system.
  11. Process and file insurance claims and other paperwork as needed.
  12. Follow all safety and privacy protocols to protect patient information.
  13. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  14. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve job knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
