- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check-in patients upon arrival, verify insurance information, and obtain necessary paperwork.
- Communicate with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services and procedures.
