If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at Universal Health Services as a Receptionist.As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, staff, and guests. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our team. We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual who is able to multitask and handle various responsibilities with ease.To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Additionally, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.   1. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and positive attitude.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and directing clients to the appropriate resources.
  4. Keep reception area clean and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Maintain and update client and staff contact information and records.
  6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and clients.
  7. Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  9. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Multitask and prioritize responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective reception operations.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the reception experience for clients and staff.
  13. Promote a positive image of the company and its services.
  14. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
