  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department or staff member.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars.
  4. Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
  5. Collect and process payments from patients.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Handle and resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  10. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Update and maintain patient records and electronic medical records.
  12. Provide information and resources to patients and visitors, such as directions and forms.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and customer service.
  14. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Display a positive and professional attitude and represent the company's values at all times.
