  1. Perform diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures in the Special Procedures/Cath Lab department.
  2. Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as fluoroscopy and digital subtraction angiography to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of complex medical conditions.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when positioning patients and operating equipment.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care during procedures.
  5. Follow established protocols and safety procedures to minimize patient and staff exposure to radiation.
  6. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures performed.
  8. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and report any malfunctions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
  9. Stay current with new developments and advancements in radiological technology.
  10. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients and their families.
  11. Assist in the training and education of new Radiological Technologists.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and accreditation standards.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental processes.
  14. Exemplify professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and staff.
  15. Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as required.
  16. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Valid And Current Arrt Certification In Radiography.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Cath Lab Or Special Procedures Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Experience With Interventional Procedures.
