  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's supply needs.
  2. Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating with vendors.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers.
  4. Monitor market trends and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  5. Oversee the organization's inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to understand their supply needs and develop procurement plans to meet them.
  7. Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Conduct regular evaluations of suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of products and services.
  9. Develop and maintain a budget for purchasing expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  10. Train and supervise purchasing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's procurement processes.
  12. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  13. Handle any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional manner when interacting with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Purchasing Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Contract Negotiations, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Data, Make Informed Decisions, And Implement Cost-Saving Strategies.
