Advanced Degree In Psychiatric Nursing: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychiatric Nursing Is Required For This Position, With A Preference For Candidates Who Hold A Doctor Of Nursing Practice (Dnp) Degree.
State Licensure As A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Unrestricted License To Practice As A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Massachusetts.
Experience In Partial Hospitalization Programs: Ideal Candidates Will Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Partial Hospitalization Program, Providing Comprehensive Psychiatric Care To Patients With Acute Mental Health Needs.
Strong Diagnostic And Treatment Skills: The Successful Candidate Will Have A Demonstrated Ability To Assess And Diagnose A Wide Range Of Mental Health Conditions, And Develop Evidence-Based Treatment Plans To Address These Diagnoses.
Interpersonal And Collaborative Skills: Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Will Work Closely With A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Coordinated Care To Patients In The Partial Hospitalization Program.
