Psych RN Day Shift (Full-time)

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
2. Administer medications and monitor patient responses, making adjustments as needed.
3. Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patients' mental health status.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, psychologists, and physicians, to ensure holistic and effective patient care.

12. Collaborate with community resources to facilitate appropriate aftercare for patients upon discharge.
13. Provide support and guidance to less experienced nursing staff.
14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
