  1. Oversee daily operations of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the IOP.
  3. Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  5. Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring the needs and preferences of patients are considered in all aspects of the program.
  6. Develop and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care.
  9. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, patients, and their families.
  10. Provide ongoing training and education for staff to promote professional development and enhance patient care.
  11. Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the program, addressing them in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Participate in program development and strategic planning to improve and expand services.
  13. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all program activities.
  14. Represent the program and organization in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Act as a liaison between the program and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and community organizations.
  16. Continuously monitor and assess the needs of the community and make recommendations for program enhancements or modifications.
  17. Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends in mental health treatment.
  18. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Behavioral Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance And Reimbursement Processes For Behavioral Health Services.

  • Experience Managing And Developing Staff As Well As Overseeing Program Operations And Financial Performance.
