Physical Therapist DPT/SCD PRN

1. Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
3. Utilize evidence-based practice techniques and modalities to address patient needs.
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
7. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in continuing education.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
10. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
12. Adhere to all Universal Health Services policies and procedures.
13. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
14. Maintain required licensure and certifications.
15. Serve as a mentor to new Physical Therapists and students.
16. Work collaboratively with insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations for treatment.
17. Represent Universal Health Services in a professional and positive manner at all times.
18. Continuously assess and improve treatment techniques and procedures.
19. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
