Completion Of A Phlebotomy Training Program Or Certification From A Recognized Phlebotomy Organization.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficient In Venipuncture Techniques, Specimen Collection, And Handling Of Blood Samples.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Accurately Label And Organize Specimens.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Healthcare Team Members And Patients.
