Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Including Hipaa And Patient Rights.
