  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Assist healthcare team with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and other medical tasks as directed.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  4. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
  5. Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a nurse or physician.
  6. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times, including providing assistance with activities of daily living.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and processes.
  10. Adhere to all hospital and regulatory protocols and guidelines for patient care.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  13. Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of illness or infection.
  14. Treat all patients and colleagues with respect and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification Or Training In Patient Care Techniques And Procedures, Such As Phlebotomy, Ekg, And Basic Nursing Skills.

  • Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Direct Patient Care Responsibilities.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Accurately Record Patient Information.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
