5. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens, restocking supplies, and disinfecting equipment.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members, providing updates on patient progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
7. Assist with patient transportation, including escorting patients to appointments and procedures within the facility.
8. Document patient information and care provided accurately and in a timely manner, following all facility policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality standard of care for all patients.
10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge related to patient care.
11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times, showing empathy and understanding.
