1. Manage patient accounts and ensure timely and accurate billing of healthcare services.
2. Review insurance claims and follow up on any denials or discrepancies.
3. Work with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
4. Process and post payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and insurance reimbursements.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related issues.
7. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Keep track of outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts.
10. Prepare and submit financial reports and analysis as needed.
