  1. Manage patient accounts: The Patient Accounts Representative will oversee all aspects of patient accounts, including billing, payments, and insurance claims.
  2. Ensure accuracy: It is the responsibility of the Patient Accounts Representative to ensure that all patient accounts are accurate and up-to-date, and that billing and payment processes are handled correctly.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: The Patient Accounts Representative will be the primary point of contact for patients regarding their accounts, and must provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain confidentiality: The Patient Accounts Representative must handle all patient information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
