  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the Mergers & Acquisitions team in their legal processes.
  2. Prepare and review legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Organize and maintain all legal files and documents, including confidential and sensitive information.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as attorneys, clients, and government agencies, to gather and exchange information.
  5. Work closely with attorneys to assist in due diligence and other legal tasks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events as needed.
  7. Keep track of deadlines and ensure that all legal documents are filed and completed in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a smooth and efficient legal process.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends related to healthcare M&A.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  11. Proactively identify and address any potential legal issues or risks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  12. Provide support and assistance to attorneys and other team members as needed.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline legal processes.
  14. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Mergers & Acquisitions team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Mergers & Acquisitions, Specifically In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate And Securities Laws, Including Sec Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.

  • Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
