
Painter/Carpenter- Day Shift

- Perform painting and carpentry tasks in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the facilities of Universal Health Services.

- Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks.

Experience In Both Painting And Carpentry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Both Painting And Carpentry, With A Strong Understanding Of The Techniques And Tools Used In Each Trade.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures Related To Painting And Carpentry, Including The Use Of Personal Protective Equipment And Safe Handling Of Tools And Materials.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints: A Strong Knowledge Of Reading And Interpreting Blueprints Is Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Accurately Following Construction Plans And Specifications.
Attention To Detail: The Successful Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Produce High-Quality Work With Precision And Accuracy.
Physical Stamina And Dexterity: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And Dexterity, As The Candidate Will Be Required To Stand, Bend, And Lift For Extended Periods Of Time. They Should Also Have Good Hand-Eye Coordination And Be Able To Work With Various Tools And Equipment.
