Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Manager - Med Surg Position At Universal Health Services Typically Requires A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research, And Practice, And Prepares Individuals For Leadership Roles In Healthcare Organizations.

  • Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure: A Valid And Current Rn License Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Nurse Manager - Med Surg Position At Universal Health Services. This License Is Issued By The State In Which The Individual Intends To Practice And Ensures That The Candidate Has Met All The Necessary Requirements To Provide Safe And Competent Care To Patients.

  • Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Nurse Manager - Med Surg Job At Universal Health Services Will Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Med Surg Setting. This Experience Will Provide A Solid Understanding Of The Day-To-Day Operations, Patient Care Protocols, And Staff Management In A Med Surg Unit.
